My One to One Support provides weekly online Intuitive coaching sessions for three months, along with email support Mon to Friday 9 to 5. These can be carried out via Skype or Zoom, and includes up to four bespoke flower essences.

- I help guide you back to the basics needs of a human along with a good self care routine.
- Ensuring you are drinking enough water and getting enough sleep.
- Helping you to understand about the importance of be grounded and how it impacts your wellbeing and your ability to cope along with the mind-body connection and how your body might already be showing you signs things need to change.
- Help you to understand and process the challenges you are experiencing in a gentle way.
- I will select the appropriate methods from my vast tool kit which includes crystal healing, aromatherapy, colour therapy, Akashic records and grounding techniques and tools, NLP coaching, timeline therapy and flower essences.
- I will recommend flower essence products and will intuitively tune in for the perfect essence for your current situation along with suggesting aura sprays that will help bring calm and balance when you are feeling mega stressed and in overwhelm.
